- Your warrior class and display name — your chosen identity in the app
- Your six ability scores (1–20 scale) — calculated ratings, not your raw financial figures
- Your quest progress — which financial milestones you have marked complete
- Your Power Object progress — milestone tracking for your primary financial goal
- Your actual income, salary, or earnings
- Your credit score, credit reports, or credit history
- Your net worth, account balances, or asset values
- Your banking information, account numbers, or payment data
- Any data from external financial institutions
- All content within the ILAW app is educational and informational only
- Nothing in this app constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Invest Like a Warrior application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Invest Like a Warrior LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("ILAW," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The App is currently in beta and access may be limited, modified, or revoked at any time at ILAW's sole discretion.
3. Educational Purpose Only
The App and all content within it are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. ILAW is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should consult a qualified licensed professional before making any financial decisions. Your use of this App does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship between you and ILAW.
4. User Data and Privacy
By using the App, you authorize ILAW to collect and store the data described in the "What ILAW Stores" section above. Raw financial figures entered into the ability score calculator are processed locally and are not transmitted to or stored by ILAW servers. Only your calculated ability scores (1–20 scale) are stored. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting ILAW directly.
5. Community Conduct
ILAW community spaces (including but not limited to Discord servers and any in-app community features) are governed by these Terms. You agree not to use community spaces to solicit, promote, sell, or distribute financial products, investment schemes, or unsolicited advice. ILAW is not liable for any financial harm resulting from interactions between community members. ILAW reserves the right to remove any user from community spaces and revoke app access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to the warrior class system, ability score framework, quest board, power object tracker, written content, graphics, and visual design, is the proprietary intellectual property of Invest Like a Warrior LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works based on ILAW content is prohibited. "Invest Like a Warrior" and associated marks are proprietary to Invest Like a Warrior LLC.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ILAW does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. ILAW makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content within the App for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invest Like a Warrior LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on App content or community interactions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan.
10. Changes to Terms
ILAW reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be notified of material changes upon next login.
